While Bitmovin has been successfully deployed within Streamcake-powered workflows, this announcement marks its evolution into a foundational component of Streamcake's end-to-end orchestration layer.

By combining Bitmovin's encoding, playback and analytics capabilities with Streamcake's orchestration and automation engine, Layercake enables organisations to design, deploy and operate complete media workflows across the entire content lifecycle, from ingest through to delivery and playback.
