Things go from bad to bizarre when Mesa realizes she's trapped reliving this disastrous day, again and again. Now, she must do everything to break free from this never-ending loop. Get ready to be swept into Mesa's chaotic journey on September 18!

Jarinporn Joonkiat Shines as Mesa in a Charming Ensemble Cast

Talented actress Jarinporn Joonkiat brings Mesas bright and genuine kindness to life, starring alongside Warintorn Panhakarn as Ben, an endearing nerdy curator, in their first on-screen pairing. The ensemble cast - featuring Charlette Wasita Hermenau as Mesas important colleague, Trisanu Soranun as the dashing ex-fianc , and Jaturong Phonboon with his comedic brilliance - creates genuine chemistry that's sure to win over viewers. Jarinporn shared that the cast's close bond made filming a delightful experience, and she can't wait for fans to see this movie play out on screen.

A Feel-Good Story for Anyone Stuck in a Rut

Directed by Yanyong Kuruangkura, with Rangsima Akarawiwat as co-director and screenwriter, Same Day with Someone draws inspiration from real-life heartbreak and the emotional aftermath that can leave you feeling trapped in a cycle. Rangsima was moved to write the story after comforting a friend, and reimagined the five stages of grief as a time loop narrative. Her intention was not just to entertain but to embed profound, heartwarming insights that will resonate with viewers while offering a new perspective on confronting lifes challenges. Director Yanyong set out to make this film stand apart from typical romcoms, hoping viewers would find it as reassuring as a friend's embrace on a tough day, and perhaps even discover their own way out of life's loops.

A Production Crafted with Details and Hidden Symbolism Awaiting Your Discovery

The film invites viewers to explore its richly crafted world, from Mesas stunning wardrobe - each outfit packed with personality and meaning, praised by Jarinporn herself - to the realistic and grand Worathepanant Museum. The fictional country Chinlin is inspired by art from diverse East Asian countries, and every prop, from the sacred Sirisila Stone to the revered Red Ribbon Goddess statue, is filled with symbolic touches. Crucial to the narrative, it drew inspiration from Tibetan art, incorporating a red ribbon as an infinity symbol, representing endless cycles. Eagle-eyed viewers are sure to find many subtle symbols and playful easter eggs as the story unfolds.

Join Mesa and Ben on their journey to break free from the never-ending time loop in Same Day with Someone, a romantic comedy that will brighten your bad days. Streaming worldwide on September 18, only on Netflix!
