Milestone underscores the platform's growing relevance in the daily lives of professionals and organizations, from career building to business growth.
Brazil is among the top three countries with the highest number of LinkedIn members worldwide.
LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network, has reached the milestone of 100 million members in Brazil, reinforcing the country's position as one of the platform's three largest markets worldwide by number of members, behind only the United States and India. At this scale, LinkedIn's member base in Brazil is approaching the size of the country's workforce, estimated by IBGE at around 108 million people. More than a numerical milestone, this achievement reflects a profound transformation in how Brazilians build their careers, develop skills, stay informed, share knowledge and content, and create economic opportunity.
As part of its commitment to supporting professionals who want to expand their knowledge and build new skills, the platform is making 100 LinkedIn Learning courses available for free for 100 days. Numbers reflect the strength of Brazil's professional network
Today, LinkedIn brings together more than 1.3 billion professionals and 71 million companies across more than 200 countries and territories. In Brazil, the community is among the most engaged on the platform worldwide: every minute, members in the country make more than 1,100 new connections on LinkedIn and view more than 101.6 thousand feed updates. Globally, the platform also records, every minute, 10,000 job applications, 18,000 connections, and 1.7 million feed update views.
The Brazilian member base also reflects the diversity of the country's economy. Among the most represented industries on the platform are facilities services, retail, consumer services, hospitals and healthcare, food and beverages, as well as information technology and consulting. Distributed across different regions, the community has a relevant presence in S o Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Campinas, Salvador, Bras lia, Recife, and Fortaleza.
Another indicator is the LinkedIn Entrepreneurship Index, which is calculated based on the share of members who updated their profiles to founder roles and showed 22.6% year-over-year growth, reinforcing the platform's role in supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses in the country.

This milestone comes at a time when artificial intelligence is accelerating changes in the workplace and making human skills such as curiosity, creativity, communication, empathy, and adaptability even more valuable. In a world where professions continue to evolve rapidly, these capabilities are becoming increasingly important both for those looking to grow and for those who need to position themselves with credibility.
This context helps explain why LinkedIn is increasingly consolidating its position as a platform for daily professional engagement and growth. More and more, members come to the platform to create content, follow what is happening in their industries, build authority, expand influence, and discover opportunities. In the last quarter, Brazilians created more than 11 million original feed posts and generated 400 million engagement actions including comments, reactions, shares, and more.
For companies and executives, the platform's role has also expanded. LinkedIn brings together Talent, Marketing, Sales, and Learning solutions, supporting hiring, team development, brand building, and access to decision-makers. In this environment, content also takes on strategic importance: organizations and leaders use the platform to build reputation, participate in relevant conversations in their industries, and generate business opportunities organically.
At the same time, AI, data, and trust have moved to the center of this strategy. These elements help personalize the experience, make hiring, targeting, and learning pathways more efficient, and ensure the legitimacy of professional interactions in a context where credibility and security matter more than ever.
Over its 23 years of global operations and 14 years in Brazil, LinkedIn has also broadened the profile of the community it represents, bringing together everyone from professionals in corporate roles to frontline, operational, and deskless workers.
