Adds new keyboard-split function

MonkeyC have recently launched an update that overhauls their powerful software sampler. Described as the sampler that made thousands of producers fall in love with their sound library again , Rando 2.5 builds on the success of previous versions, introducing the ability to create multiple keyboard zones that each correspond to different search criteria.

Rando takes a different approach to traditional samplers, allowing users to point it towards their sample collections before creating new instruments from random selections of their existing libraries. It supports WAV, AIFF and FLAC formats, and will happily scan and read any folder structure without any reorganisation or conversion required. It's recently been treated to some new features, including a Slice Mode where each keyboard note triggers a different slice' of the same sample; an upgraded multi-lane sequencer; and a Performance Mode that automatically syncs and latches all loaded loops.

Version 2.5 brings yet more functionality to the table, kitting users out with the ability to create multiple keyboard zones and have each of them linked to different sets of search criteria. For example, it's possible to dedicate the lower end of the keyboard to kick drum samples, while dedicating higher note ranges to the likes of percussion loops and melodic phrases - or indeed any combination of other tags and categories.
