Ikegami to Exhibit at BroadcastAsia 2026 with Two New Viewfinder Premieres

Ikegami will exhibit at BroadcastAsia 2026 (Stand 5D3-1, Singapore Expo, May 20-22), introducing two new viewfinders alongside its existing camera, control, and monitor lineup. The show coincides with the company's 80th year in broadcast production imaging.

VFE-P07D Monocular OLED Viewfinder

The VFE-P07D combines a 0.7-inch 16:9 OLED viewfinder with a tiltable 3.5-inch TFT LCD monitor. The OLED offers 200 cd/m brightness; the LCD offers 450 cd/m brightness with 170-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. Both displays feature 1920 1080 resolution and 16.7 million color capability. The monitor screen can face forward or be adjusted laterally through 180 degrees, with tilt adjustment of more than 120 degrees. Compatible cameras include the UNICAM XE HDK-X500, UHK-X600, UHK-X700, and UHK-X700RF.

VFE-P711AD 7-Inch OLED Viewfinder

The VFE-P711AD is a 7-inch OLED viewfinder compatible with all UNICAM-XE and UNICAM-HD cameras, developed from the existing VFL-P700AD LCD viewfinder. It includes an integrated waveform monitor, vectorscope, and audio level metering, plus front-facing and rear-facing tally indicators. The viewfinder can also be used as a field monitor for external 3G-SDI feeds. Power comes from the camera or external 12V DC. Weight is 1.1 kg.

UNICAM XE Cameras

The UHK-X700 and UHK-X600 feature three 2/3-inch CMOS 4K sensors with global shutter and an AXII video processor supporting direct 12G-SDI output and HFR capture. The UHK-X750 and UHK-X650 are hard-body studio models sharing the same specifications. The HDK-X500 is a multiformat HD portable camera with F11 sensitivity and 62 dB signal-to-noise ratio. The IPX-100 is a SMPTE ST 2110-compliant IP extension unit in a half-rack-width 2U form factor with optional JPEG XS support.

Compact and POV Cameras

The UHL-X40 is a two-piece PTZ camera for studios and outdoor applications including sports, theatre, and weather monitoring, with remote control of up to six miles over duplex fiber. The UHL-F4000 variant is designed for aerial and low-light applications. The UHL-43 is a box-style camera for parliamentary television, point-of-view, weather, traffic, and security applications, available in HD-HDR with a software upgrade path to 4K-UHD.

Camera Control

The OCP-500 is a slimline remote control panel with LCD touchscreen and rotary encoders, measuring 82mm wide and supporting all UNICAM XE and UNICAM HD camera functions. The VMP virtual master control panel manages up to 100 cameras from a single Windows PC and can be combined with physical OCP and MCP panels. XE WebView is a web-based tool for camera setup, configuration, and supervision in IP-based infrastructure.

Broadcast Monitors

The HLM-2460WA is a 24-inch WUXGA LCD monitor with 1800:1 contrast ratio and TSL V5.0 protocol support for tally and UMD via Ethernet. The HQLM-3120W is a 31.1-inch 4096 2160 10-bit IPS HDR monitor with 12G-SDI, 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, and HDMI support. The ULE-217-HDR is a 21.5-inch Full-HD HDR/SDR monitor with 1,000 nits brightness for studio, mobile production, and post-production use.
