PSSI Global Services Promotes Tracy Michaels to Vice President of Engineering

PSSI Global Services has promoted Tracy Michaels to Vice President of Engineering, a newly created position. Michaels has been a member of PSSI's engineering team for nearly 20 years. The promotion comes as the company broadens its service offerings in transmission and networking solutions.

Tracy Michaels has been named PSSI's VP of EngineeringMichaels will continue to represent PSSI in the field at events, but much of his time will go to designing infrastructure upgrades across PSSI's SNG fleet and at PSSI International Teleport (PIT). He will also work with recent addition Beagle Networks to integrate its on-site networking services into PSSI's transmission and managed service offerings, and will lead PSSI's move into 2110 transmission as the company designs and launches a new dual-antenna, IP-centric transmission vehicle in Q1 2027.

Michaels reports to Brian Nelles, Executive Vice President and CTO. The two recently represented PSSI on a panel in Norway hosted by Appear.
