Signature Series Presents Tribute to Billie Eilish Berklee students will perform songs from the acclaimed singer-songwriter's catalog in an immersive multimedia concert.

Berklees Signature Series presents a tribute to the music of Billie Eilish on December 2.

Berklees Signature Series continues with The Music of Billie Eilish, a student tribute to the seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter, on Thursday, December 2, at 8:00 p.m. at the Berklee Performance Center. The show features performances of Ocean Eyes, My Future, and Happier Than Ever, among other chart-topping hits, and will be post-produced for virtual releases on Berklees YouTube channel.

In this celebratory tribute, 50 student artists representing nine countries will perform selections ranging from her early SoundCloud releases to her 2021 album, Happier Than Ever. Using new technologies and multimedia tools, including an LED screen integrated throughout the performance, the show will feature video, theatrical skits, and immersive audio. The acclaimed Berklee a cappella group Upper Structure, who most recently won the 2020 Los Angeles A Cappella Festival, will join the event for a special performance of Eilish's 2019 hit When the Party's Over.

The concert will also showcase talent from Boston Conservatory at Berklee: Theater students are featured as circus performers on Bad Guy, joined by Circus Smirkus Big Top Tour trouper and contortionist Eva Lou Rhinelander; and dance student Lily Massie choreographed the performance of Oxytocin. Pamela Hersch B.M. '14, a current graduate student at Berklee NYC, created video content to enhance songs throughout the program.

This concert is produced by Berklee Presents. Various special guests from Berklee and beyond have mentored and assisted in the selection of student artists in anticipation of performing Eilish's most memorable songs, including Grammy-nominated vocalist and Berklee faculty member Debo Ray '13, renowned dancer and choreographer Sunny Walters, acclaimed vocalist and Berklee Indian Ensemble director Annette Philip, live event designer and creative director Bryan Barancik, and Justin Lubliner, CEO of Darkroom Records, Eilishs label.

Billie Eilish is an outstanding artist who has inspired our students with her incredible work ethic, introspective lyrics, and otherworldly production style, said Michael Borgida, director of marketing and Berklee Presents. This concert will pay tribute to the impact she has made on the world as a musician, and the path she has paved for young artists of the future.

The Berklee Performance Center is located at 136 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston. Admission is $10/$15 in advance, $15/$20 on the day of the show, and $10 with a Berklee ID. Tickets are available online and at the Berklee Performance Center box office. This is a seated event.

Berklees Live Event Attendance Policy Any member of the public attending a live, ticketed event at Berklee will be required to provide a government-issued photo identification and one of the following: proof of full vaccination (two weeks after receiving a single-shot vaccine or the second dose of a two-shot vaccine); proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event; or a rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours of the event.

Attendees may provide these documents in physical/paper form, by photocopy, or a photo on a phone as long as all information is clearly visible and readable. Photos of at-home tests must be time-stamped. Masks will be required indoors, regardless of vaccination or negative test status. Attendees must bring their own masks and wear them over the nose and mouth.
