The first season of the Lagos edition of the international franchise wowed Mzansi starting with the star-studded premiere which was hosted before the first season aired. The was much excitement about the show and the ladies delivered on the fashion, shade and drama. The first episode of the second season definitely understood the assignment by setting the tone for the rest of the season. The return of the majority of the cast of the first season was reported by Vangaurd.

Here are the top 5 moments from the premiere episode which left us gagging. 1.Toyin vs everybody
It is secret that Toyin ended the previous season on a rough note. She had started off the first season as the fan favourite but things quickly went left as the season progressed and everything exploded at the reunion when she literally fought with everyone. So it cannot be a surprise that the new season started with all the cast members feeling some type of way about Toyin. This would sadly include Mariam who was her long-term friend.

2. Iyabo coming for the new girls'
In true Real Housewives' style each season brings along new faces. The new ladies might have come with smiles on their faces and ready to earn their spot (Faith) but Iyabo was not having any of it. The drama started with not being here for Faith's dramatic outfit at the destress' event, her attitude towards Tania because she looks like Carolyn did not help matters.

3. Laura actually showing her true personality
The case of Laura Keji is simple, she wanted to follow the formula of being the villain' of the show during the first season. This led her to picking unnecessary fights with the other girls and being the annoying cast member. This season she is coming across as a little genuine compared to last season, this could hopefully be the real Laura and not just her playing a role.
4. Mariam and Toyin's fallout
This was definitely not expected. They had some tension at the reunion but it didn't seem to be that serious to the point where one would claim that the other was not for her when she needed her the most. Mariam does seem to not be holding a light for Toyin anymore.

5. The introduction of the new girls
Tania comes across as the bad-girl turned good trying to play nice. This was reminded to her when the other ladies brought up her past. The other new addition Faith however is clearly trying to show the OG ladies that there is a new sheriff in town'. This might lead her to clash with Toying the most but we shall see.
