New FOR-A 4K Compatible Multi Viewer to Make Debut at NAB 2014
Company to introduce the MV-4200, MV-42HSA, and MV-1620HSA multi viewers

Cypress, CA, March 31, 2014 FOR-A Corporation of America announces the introduction of its new 4K compatible MV-1620HSA, MV-42HSA and MV-4200 multi viewers at the NAB Show. The company will exhibit in Booth C5117 during the show, which takes place April 7-10 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The MV-1620HSA 3G/HD/SD/Analog Mixed High-Resolution multi viewer accepts up to 16 channels of signals for monitoring on up to two screens. The 1RU unit is a compact but full-featured multi viewer, including the option to cascade it with other units to display up to 64 sources simultaneously.
Another 4K compatible multi viewer to be unveiled by FOR-A at NAB is the MV-4200 3G/HD/SD/Analog/HDMI/DVI/RGBHV Mixed High-Resolution solution - a 2 RU unit multi viewer that accepts 4K signals and is capable of handling up to 68 inputs and 8 channels of output.
Both the MV-1620HSA and MV-4200 feature a Windows-based Layout Manager that enables easy layout of 4K video in a seamless display by using four 3G-SDI inputs. Both multi viewers support a versatile mixed-source environment, and include video streaming capabilities for remote monitoring, additional local computer display and error capture.
FOR-A will also show its new MV-42HSA 4K (QFHD) monitoring down converter, an enhanced version of the company's popular MV-42HS HD/SD multi viewer. In addition to HD-SDI, SD-SDI and analog composite inputs, the unit newly supports 3G-SDI (Level A) inputs and 4-input split-screen displays. The MV-42HSA is an ideal choice for use as a down-converter that monitors 4K footage on an HD or PC monitor.
