Fox Corporation Names Amazon Web Services its Preferred AI Cloud Provider New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA - April 16, 2026 - Fox Corporation (Nasdaq: FOXA, FOX; FOX or the Company ) today announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), naming AWS as its preferred AI Cloud provider. The partnership marks a significant step forward in FOX's ongoing commitment to innovation, operational efficiency and next-generation media experiences.

FOX is deepening its collaboration with AWS to power the FOX One direct-to-consumer platform, combining AWS Elemental MediaLive, MediaPackage, and MediaTailor with AWS AI/ML services, including AWS Elemental Inference, to help drive more intelligent and engaging viewing experiences. Together, these technologies enable scalable live and on-demand streaming while supporting AI-driven innovations such as content enrichment, highlight generation, and personalized discovery across FOX's news, sports, and entertainment portfolio. FOX launched Catch Up With Highlights during the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, using Amazon Media Replay Engine to autonomously publish 731 recap videos across 61 matches-a feature that has since expanded to other live events. In 2023, FOX upgraded its streaming infrastructure to deliver 4K resolution with HDR color and sub-second latency. That same year, FOX showcased its broader AI and data platform at AWS Summit NY, leveraging Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Personalize, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Titan to serve over 300 million monthly active users. Most recently, FOX deployed AWS Elemental Inference to automatically reformat 16:9 live sports broadcasts into vertical formats for social platforms, enabling near real-time distribution at scale.
