Speakeasy arrives at an inflection point for creator media. Audio and video are converging, new distribution formats - from RSS to HLS - are reshaping how content reaches audiences and premium subscription revenue is growing alongside ad-supported models. New platforms are adding creator content, expanding the potential reach and monetization for top shows. Most creators are still navigating this shift with a patchwork of disconnected tools. Speakeasy is the platform we wished all our creators had access to, so we set out to build it, said Chris Balfe, CEO, Red Seat Ventures.
