The content production and broadcasting within Broadcast and Media & Entertainment industries have changed dramatically in the last years, especially if we talk about the way in which content is consumed nowadays and the immediacy that is usually asked for when it's broadcasted. Professionals have less and less time to get ready their news and programs, while at the same time audiences demand that content is broadcasted in a wide variety of platforms and devices.
In this context where live interaction between content and audience is a must, it is crucial for TV channels to make the most of all their available resources. Controlling at all time their use, as well as planning all the tasks in advance are no more mere improvements, but substantial differences to stand out against competitors. That is, correctly planning programming is an essential requisite, so as not to lose audience engagement.
Taking into consideration this situation, VSN introduces now its new Webinar Advanced TV management and planning precisely to show the best way to face these challenges. On the next 6th of April (10:00 UTC + 2), we will review some concrete aspects, such as how to manage workflows between advertising, production and broadcasting departments, how to plan weekly and daily programming, how to optimize advertisements' management, the main keys to quickly react when an unexpected event takes place or how to foster collaborative work between departments, so as to make the most of the available resources.
This webinar will end up with a live demo carried out by VSN's Product Manager, Toni Vilalta, who will be in charge of showing VSNCREATV software solution and how to correctly manage a TV channel's programming from a unique and centralized system, while collaboratively working between departments.
