Optiva Media provides technical support to the new hybrid AEDETI television working group Fabricantes, operadores de televisi n y desarrolladores de aplicaciones lanzar n en Espa a la versi n 2.0 del HBBTV en 2018.
El Grupo de Trabajo de TV H brida de la Asociaci n Espa ola de Empresas de Televisi n Interactiva (AEDETI) ha iniciado los trabajos para la actualizaci n y mejoras del est ndar de televisi n h brida HBBTV 1.5 (actualmente vigente), que inicia as su evoluci n hacia la versi n 2.0, que permitir , entre otros aspectos, la incorporaci n del HTML 5 como lenguaje universal y la integraci n entre segundas pantallas para mejorar la experiencia del usuario.
Optiva Media, miembro de la junta directiva de AEDETI, se har cargo de la coordinaci n del grupo de trabajo creado por esta asociaci n y formado por los principales fabricantes, radiodifusores y desarrolladores de aplicaciones con el objetivo de evolucionar el est ndar HBBTV de los receptores interactivos de televisi n en Espa a. Optiva Media, recopilar las aportaciones con el objetivo elaborar un documento con las especificaciones m nimas, relativas a HbbTV2.0, que deben cumplir los receptores de televisi n digital terrestre que se comercialicen en el mercado espa ol. Este documento, como anexo al documento del a o 2012 Especificaci n de receptores de televisi n digital terrestre para aplicaciones interactivas, recoger las contribuciones consensuadas entre los participantes del grupo de trabajo 60 empresas.
Cuando el Grupo de Trabajo finalice sus actividades, el borrador de propuesta ser remitido al Foro T cnico de la TV Digital de la Secretar a de Estado de Telecomunicaciones y para la Sociedad de la Informaci n (SETSI) para su an lisis, con el fin de que se publiquen los documentos actualizados en la Web oficial.
Una vez definidas, aprobadas y adoptadas las recomendaciones para el mercado espa ol, ser Cellnex Telecom quien certifique en 2017 los dispositivos la compatibilidad con el HBBTV 2.0, que saldr n al mercado espa ol con un sello distintivo para informar al consumidor de que poseen la nueva versi n del est ndar aprobado en Espa a.
Mejoras en el est ndar
Entre las mejoras que propondr el Grupo de Trabajo destaca la incorporaci n de HTML 5 como lenguaje universal, la integraci n con segundas pantallas para lanzar aplicaciones desde una a otra, y la posibilidad de sincronizar el contenido de video entre la primera y la segunda pantalla
Asimismo, se propondr la adopci n de los perfiles MPEG-DASH para optimizar la inserci n de publicidad, la sincronizaci n de contenido broadcast y broadband, o la capacidad de emitir un audio simult neo con el broadcast para la inserci n, por ejemplo, de se ales auditivas.
El Grupo de Trabajo que realizar las aportaciones necesarias para la evoluci n del est ndar HBBTV figuran los principales fabricantes, radiodifusores y creadores de aplicaciones
AEDETI, que agrupa a la pr ctica totalidad del sector, coordin las diferentes propuestas de todos los sectores implicados hasta alcanzar en noviembre de 2011 un consenso que se tradujo en la elecci n y adopci n del est ndar HbbTV en los nuevos modelos de negocio de consumo h brido de TV y servicios interactivos. A partir de su adopci n, el est ndar ha ido evolucionando con nuevas versiones hasta la actualidad, en la que se est implementando la 2.0.
