He was unpopular': Uzalo' FIRES' actor Ronald Mkhwanazi Uzalo' has reportedly fired actor Ronald Mkhwanazi (Bab'Nsimbi) a month after firing' Menzi Biyela and Nompilo Maphumulo.

Legendary actor Ronald Mkhwanazi, who plays the character of Bab'Nsibi is the third star to get booted out of Uzalo after actors Nompilo Maphumulo and Menzi Biyela, who plays Pastor Gwala and Nosipho.

RONALD MKHWANAZI WAS SHOCKED' A source from Uzalo tells Daily Sun that the actor Ronald Mkhwanazi, who plays Njinji's lover Bab'Nsimbi was shocked when he was told his contract has ended.

Producers felt that he was not adding influence on the number of views as he was unpopular. They decided to write his character off. This shocked him and you could see the hurt in his eyes.

Mkhwanazi is the third member of the Magwaza family to exit the show after Siyabonga Radebe, who played Viaka Magwaza, and Omuhle Gela, who got replaced as Nomaswazi Magwaza.

He joined the SAABC1 soapie with Isibaya actress Thembi Nyandeni, who plays the character of Njinji.

The veteran actor spent two decades overseas acting in theatre productions and different TV shows. He previously told Daily Sun that when he returned from overseas a decade ago he was welcomed by hunger as he went from one audition to another without any luck.

I went from one audition to another, without any luck. I was out of money. If you're not working, you won't have money. I didn't lose hope because I knew something would come up. This went on until Uzalo rescued me.

HOW BAB'NSIMBI WILL EXIT UZALO' According to Daily Sun actor Ronald Mkhwanazi's character, Bab'Nsimbi will get killed in the SABC1 soapie Uzalo.

The source tells Daily Sun: His role Nsimbi will die and the Magwaza family will be devastated. This means he will never come back. This job is really unreliable. Today you have a job and tomorrow you are unemployed.

The star also confirmed his exit and said he's grateful Stained Glass TV gave him an opportunity and there are no hard feelings as it was time to leave.

Uzalo's spokeswoman Nomfundo Zondi revealed the show will communicate with viewers should there be any changes.

TVSA Uzalo teasers reveal that Mkhwanazi's character will get killed towards the end of February.

Monday 27 February:

Njinji promises Bab'Nsimbi that she'll kill Mthambisi.

Tuesday 28 February:

The Magwazas mourn the death of their beloved Bab'Nsimbi.
