Social media a key feature in Muppets movie trailer --

The Muppets Most Wanted movie trailer cleverly uses fan tweets in place of journalist and critic comments in order to promote the release of the film, which takes place globally from 20 March 2014.
By including fans in the marketing strategy, not only has the movie made them feel part of the experience, with one fan tweeting: The Muppets featured me in this video!! Im famous! but has also maximised on what could be the most valuable promotion tool word of mouth.
Featured tweeters include: @MustLoveCats11; @GreightGonzo; @YOLOFantastic; @JimboBuk; @KermitRules17; @Moviesareawsm; @SuperDisney19; and @WockaWocka23.
