Technologie und Innovation treiben zuk nftiges Wachstum - W hrungsbereinigtes Umsatzplus von 3 bis 5 % f r 2016 erwartet
Der Automobil- und Industriezulieferer Schaeffler konnte im Gesch ftsjahr 2015 seinen Erfolgskurs fortsetzen. Im abgelaufenen Gesch ftsjahr steigerte das Unternehmen seinen Umsatz um 9,1 Prozent auf 13,2 Milliarden Euro. Ohne W hrungsumrechnungseffekte betrug das Wachstum 3,5 Prozent. Trotz des herausfordernden Umfelds konnten wir unseren Umsatz im Gesch ftsjahr 2015 deutlich steigern. Auch im Jahr 2016 wollen wir weiter profitabel wachsen. Mit unserem Strategiekonzept Mobilit t f r morgen sind wir dazu gut aufgestellt , sagte der Vorstandsvorsitzende Klaus Rosenfeld.
Sparte Automotive w chst schneller als der Markt - Neuausrichtung der Sparte Industrie schreitet voran
Mit einem Umsatzwachstum von 11,2 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahr (w hrungsbereinigt 5,8 Prozent) bertraf die Sparte Automotive erneut deutlich das Wachstum der weltweiten Produktionsst ckzahlen f r Pkw und leichte Nutzfahrzeuge in H he von 1 Prozent. Dabei profitierte das Erstausr stungsgesch ft von der hohen Nachfrage nach Produkten der Schaeffler Gruppe in den USA und dem starken Wachstum in China. Im zweiten Halbjahr verzeichnete die Nachfrage in der Region Asien/Pazifik eine sp rbar steigende Dynamik. Die Sparte Automotive profitierte zudem von einem berproportional starken Umsatzwachstum des Aftermarket-Gesch fts.
Das Industriegesch ft konnte im Gesch ftsjahr 2015 um 3,0 Prozent zulegen (w hrungsbereinigt -3,2 Prozent). Insbesondere die Branchen Windkraft und Motorr der trugen zum Wachstum bei. Die Neuausrichtung der Sparte Industrie (Programm CORE) schreitet wie geplant voran. Ziel der Neuausrichtung ist es, die Effizienz und Wettbewerbsf higkeit im Industriegesch ft nachhaltig zu verbessern und damit die Voraussetzung f r profitables Wachstum zu schaffen. Bis zum Jahr 2018 soll eine EBIT-Marge von 13 Prozent erreicht werden.
Alle vier Regionen der Schaeffler Gruppe verzeichneten im Gesch ftsjahr 2015 ein Umsatzplus, wobei sich W hrungseffekte positiv auf den Umsatz auswirkten. Die Wachstumsdynamik zeigte sich in den einzelnen Regionen sehr unterschiedlich. Das h chste Umsatzwachstum erreichte die Schaeffler Gruppe in der Region Greater China mit einer Steigerung von 23,5 Prozent (w hrungsbereinigt 6,0 Prozent) gegen ber dem Vorjahr, gefolgt von der Region Americas, in der der Umsatz um 17,5 Prozent (w hrungsbereinigt 8,2 Prozent) zunahm. Die Region Asien/Pazifik verzeichnete ein Umsatzwachstum von 13,5 Prozent (w hrungsbereinigt 5,0 Prozent). In der Region Europa lag das Wachstum bei 2,1 Prozent (w hrungsbereinigt 1,0 Prozent).
Ergebnisqualit t weiterhin hoch - EBIT-Marge vor Sondereffekten bei 12,7 %
Das Ergebnis vor Steuern und Zinsen (EBIT) erh hte sich vor Sondereffekten um 115 Millionen Euro auf 1.676 Millionen Euro. Auf dieser Basis betrug die EBIT-Marge 12,7 Prozent. Als Sondereffekte belasteten das EBIT die Vorsorge f r Rechtsrisiken in H he von 238 Millionen Euro, die f r m gliche Anspr che Dritter im Zusammenhang mit dem im M rz 2014 abgeschlossenen EU-Kartellverfahren gebildet wurden, sowie Restrukturierungsr ckstellungen in H he von 36 Millionen Euro im Zusammenhang mit dem Programm CORE. Unter Ber cksichtigung dieser Sondereffekte lag das EBIT der Schaeffler Gruppe im Gesch ftsjahr 2015 bei 1.402 Millionen Euro (Vj: 1.523 Millionen Euro) und die EBIT-Marge bei 10,6 Prozent (Vj: 12,6 Prozent).
Der Cash Flow aus laufender Gesch ftst tigkeit betrug 1.372 Millionen Euro (Vj: 900 Millionen Euro). Im Gesch ftsjahr 2015 haben wir einen positiven Free Cash Flow in H he von 370 Millionen Euro erzielt. Er liegt damit deutlich ber dem Vorjahreswert von 48 Millionen Euro , erkl rte Finanzvorstand Dr. Ulrich Hauck.
Mehr als 1 Milliarde Euro investiert - 1.900 neue Arbeitspl tze geschaffen
Insgesamt hat die Schaeffler Gruppe ihre Investitionen deutlich gesteigert. Im Berichtsjahr wurden 1.025 Millionen Euro (Vj: 857 Millionen Euro) in neue Produkte und Technologien sowie in die Erweiterung des globalen Produktionsnetzwerkes investiert. Dies entspricht einem Anstieg von rund 20 Prozent gegen ber dem Vorjahr. Die Capex-Quote (Investitionsauszahlungen in Prozent vom Umsatz) betrug 7,7 Prozent (Vj: 7,1 Prozent). Die Investitionen des Gesch ftsjahres 2015 betrafen neben dem Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung neuer Produktionsstandorte wie z. B. in Chonburi, Thailand oder in Puebla, Mexiko, auch Aufwendungen im Rahmen des Projekts Europ isches Distributionszentrum (EDZ).
Die Mitarbeiterzahl betrug zum 31. Dezember 2015 84.198 und lag damit um rund 1.900 Mitarbeiter oder rund 2 Prozent ber dem Vorjahreswert. In Deutschland waren zum Stichtag insgesamt rund 30.800 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter besch ftigt
(Vj: rund 30.500). Weltweit standen in der Schaeffler Gruppe rund 2.900 Auszubildende bzw. rund 3 Prozent der Belegschaft in einem Ausbildungsverh ltnis. Die Zahl der Auszubildenden hat sich damit um rund 6 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahr erh ht.
