INVITATION TO TENDER FOR (RFT 0/06) the APPOINTMENT OF AUDIT FIRM TO CONDUCT INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is a statutory body set up by government to grow and develop the South African Film and Video industry. The NFVF invites suitable Audit Firms to submit a proposal on the following project.

Tender documents will be made available on the NFVF website from the 09 December 2016.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the relevant tender number and must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the reception area at 87 Central Street, Houghton, for the attention of the relevant contact person on or before the closing time and date, i.e. 24 January 2017 at (14h00).

Proposals must be completed in accordance with the conditions contained in the RFT document, supported by relevant documents such as company profile, proof of company registration, shareholders' status/percentages B-BBEE Sworn Affidavits, Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Reference Number and Security Pin, National Treasury central supplier database supplier number and unique number sealed in an envelope and clearly marked with the relevant description and reference number respectively, and must be placed in the tender box at the NFVF reception by no later than the stipulated time and date.

Late, telegraphic tenders, e-mail tenders and tenders which are not deposited in the respective tender box will not be considered.
