Cinegy is pleased to announce the recent deployment of a 24 / 7 Disaster Recovery site at True Visions, in Thailand.

With more than 2 million subscribers, True Visions is the largest Pay TV and Cable operator in Thailand, and following their recent expansion, including an increase of 36 channels, required a solution that provides their playout center with a 24/7 Disaster Recovery system.

The Cinegy installation at True Visions includes an entire end-to-end workflow based on Cinegy's MAM and active archive solution, Cinegy Archive. For their playout and automation requirements, 36 Cinegy Air PRO's are in use along with 36 Cinegy Type's, Cinegy's CG solution.

Cinegy's broadcast, automation and branding solutions provide broadcasters around the world with flexible, scalable and cost effective solutions, which are designed to meet the most demanding real-time requirements of busy control rooms.

Not only is Cinegy a stable solution that met all our requirements, we have found that since installing and using Cinegy throughout our facility that we have managed to lower our manpower and space says Roengrit Sereejumroenrojn - Director of Engineering True visions.

For multi-channel video monitoring, True Visions use Cinegy Multiviewer, allowing them to monitor their playout both locally and externally. Cinegy Multiviewer runs on commodity IT servers or workstations, receiving RTP/UDP streams via Ethernet or uncompressed video using standard SDI cards from vendors such as AJA, BMD, DVS or Deltacast, providing True Visions with a flexible and cost effective monitoring solution.
