The former half of Black Motion, Bongani Murdah Bongz M rda Mahosana has been ordered by the Johannesburg High Court to restore the studio recording equipment that he reportedly stole and trashed.

According to a source that spoke to Sunday World, DJ Zinhle's husband is accused - by his former record label boss Moses Nkia Mokgoko - of breaking into the group's Centurion house on Thursday, 15 December. It was alleged at the time that Asante's father stole studio monitors, a television set, computer hard drives and mixing desk.

MURDAH BONGZ TO RESTORE STUDIO EQUIPMENT Court documents that have been circulating on social media state that Murdah Bongz has to restore the possesion of the equipment by no later than Friday 13 January.

Bongani was also accused of taking the other member of Black Motion, Thabo Smol's passport and also deleting some of the songs Thabo and the new member, Problem Child had recorded.

This is not the first time he did this. A few weeks ago, he allegedly went to the house and trashed it. He then went into the studio and allegedly deleted some of the songs Smol and Problem Child had recorded. Thereafter he allegedly took Thabo's passport and left.

After some discussions with him they decided to let it slide and not press charges. They instead changed the door locks, a source said.
