Cignal TV, la principal cadena de televisi n por sat lite de Filipinas, ha ampliado su capacidad de emisi n utilizando la soluci n modular de emisi n totalmente integrada Versio of Imagine Communications.
El broadcaster emite contenidos de primera calidad tanto en televisi n como en radio a m s de dos millones de suscriptores en todo el pa s. Ahora, el nuevo sistema de emisi n proporciona a la emisora una mayor escalabilidad y velocidad de comercializaci n con una soluci n basada en software y preparada para el futuro.

Imagine Communications trabaj con el integrador de sistemas Composite Technology en la soluci n Versio geo-dispersada, que expande el sistema a 4+1 canales, proporcionando redundancia en cada canal. Los canales tienen la capacidad de transmitir en directo, cambiando a trav s de la matriz VX Platinum de Cignal. El sistema de automatizaci n de Imagine ADC, garantiza operaciones fiables, flexibles y eficientes en todo el flujo de trabajo.
El contenido se almacena en un sistema de almacenamiento en l nea de alto rendimiento Imagine Versio IOX SAN, conectado a la matriz Versio a trav s de Ethernet de fibra de 10 gigabits. El software Versio tambi n proporciona los gr ficos de difusi n, y un motor de flujo de trabajo Nexio Motion proporciona la gesti n de contenidos.
