In the statement, Ash and Rahnev Athensa accused of "target PlayBox customers and resellers in an attempt to build its newly launched business. Sadly, this creates confusion in the market. In addition, the company has acquired the domain playbox.tv, So PlayBox Technology has been forced to change their domains now operating under www.playboxtechnology.com .

They also ensure that PlayBox Technology has managed to retain over 90% of support and development teams, especially with regard to the new virtual platform playout CloudAir.

Following these changes, PlayBox has strengthened its structure with Philip Neighbour, as COO; Ananth Sam, director of Solution Sales; and Ben Gunkel, as commercial director.

By Athensa it ensures that "both business entities have rights to sell existing products PlayBox developed and certified by the software vendor Digital Media Technologies. Both companies will inherit the rights to use the brand PlayBox intellectual property and Digital Media Technologies to further develop its sales and R & D ".
