Warner Bros. Discovery reclaims top spot in Nielsen's August All Screens Video Landscape Report

Post-sports seasonal shift redistributes viewership across Poland, while streaming engagement maintains steady growth

Warsaw - Poland, September 17, 2026 - Nielsen, a global leader in audience measurement, data, and media intelligence, has today released its All Screens Video Landscape Report for August 2026. The All Screens Video Landscape Report tracks total household viewership (defined as a combination of total reach and time spent) in Poland across four screens: TVs, PCs/laptops, smartphones, and tablets.

Warner Bros. Discovery Reclaims Top Ranking Warner Bros. Discovery moved from third to first position, taking the top spot in the overall rankings and reclaiming it for the first time since June. Polsat maintained second place, while TVP Group shifted to third. The redistribution follows the conclusion of a high-impact summer sports calendar; July saw heightened linear TV consumption driven by World Cup broadcasts.

By contrast, August viewing was shaped by live music festivals, dispersing viewership more evenly across broadcasters and platforms. On a year-over-year basis, programming trends followed an almost identical seasonal pattern, reinforcing predictable annual viewing shifts across Polish screens.

Elsewhere in the rankings, Canal re-entered the top 10 in eighth position, displacing SPI International which dropped out of the top 10.

Steady Growth in Streaming Metrics Streaming engagement showed consistent upward momentum or stability across key measurement indicators for August:

Average Minute Rating (AMR): 1.28%

Average Time Spent (ATS): 1.21%

Average Time Viewing (ATV): 1.26%

Reach: 0.13% (holding stable month-over-month)
