RT Mojocon Returns to Dublin Monday, 30th November 2015: After the success of the inaugural RT MojoCon conference earlier this year, experts from Mashable, Aljazeera, BBC, RYOT and Oracle are set to return to Dublin as RT announces its second international conference on mobile content creation, lined up for Dublin's Aviva Stadium on 29th - 30th April 2016.

Noel Curran, Director-General, RT , commented: Last year, RT was at the very centre of the mojo world; we look forward to developing RT Mojocon into a major fixture of the international conference scene and putting Dublin and Ireland firmly on the tech map. RT has been pioneering the use of mobile phones as content creation tools for over four years now. Hundreds of journalists and staff in RT have undertaken training and many have completed the advanced mobile multi-media master-class. The use of mobiles has been a huge catalyst in improving RT 's range, quality and speed of coverage.
RT MojoCon is an international mobile journalism conference aimed at journalists from print, radio, online and television, as well as PR professionals and media and journalism students. The conference will also appeal to mobile photography enthusiasts, media executives, and members of the public with an interest in mobile and social.
Glen Mulcahy, Innovation Lead in RT and conference organiser, said: RT MojoCon was the first conference in Ireland dedicated to mobile journalism, filmmaking, photography and storytelling and RT MojoCon2 will build on this success by demonstrating the wealth and breadth of pioneering work being done by media organisations, broadcasters, companies and individuals around the globe to truly explore and develop the potential of smart devices as high quality content creation and consumption tools .
Speakers at RT MojoCon2 will include high-profile names in the global mobile content space from companies such as the BBC, RYOT, Oracle, Mashable and Aljazeera, and many more.
Following positive feedback, the training and workshop element of the conference on day 2 will be further developed to include more sessions and a selection of additional activities and competitions, including photo-walks, a networking evening and pub crawls.
