Beam Dynamics will make its IBC debut this September, marking a major step in the company's growth. Beam helps broadcast, live production and professional AV organizations understand and run their estate through one connected platform, bringing asset, vendor, cost and operational data together. On stand 14.FT29 in Hall 14, the company will introduce License Intelligence, a new module for managing software licenses, support contracts and renewals.

As broadcast and AV infrastructure becomes more software-driven, organizations are managing a growing mix of subscriptions, support agreements and product entitlements across multiple systems and sites. Information often sits across vendor portals, spreadsheets, suppliers and internal departments, making it difficult to understand what each agreement covers, who owns the renewal and what a lapse could cost.

Missed support contracts and renewal dates are one of the biggest sources of avoidable cost we hear about, said David Kaszycki, CEO and Co-Founder of Beam Dynamics. Responsibility is split, information sits in different places and dates slip through the cracks. License Intelligence brings every agreement into a single register. Users can track dates, costs, owners, suppliers and locations, set alerts in advance and connect each agreement directly to the assets and systems it supports. With earlier visibility, organizations can plan spending, consolidate renewals across sites, compare costs and identify contracts that need attention without rebuilding the same information every cycle.

The new module also tracks software versions, security patches and known vulnerabilities. By connecting this information to the relevant assets, Beam shows which systems could be affected, where action is needed and how a missed renewal or update could create a wider operational risk.

Beam's Asset Intelligence also supports the day-to-day work around that technology. Used by leading production organizations and system integrators, it combines firmware, warranty, end-of-life and manufacturer data with location tracking, scheduling and ticketing. Users can see where equipment is and where it is heading, schedule it across shows, sites and crews, and manage faults against the relevant asset and owner. This gives engineering, operations, procurement and finance one shared view to reduce wasted spend, plan maintenance and replacement, and make better use of the equipment already in place.
