Thousands of consumers of Ningbo rushed to Zhongshan Square to consult about safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests on Match 15th, which was International Day for Protecting Consumers.

It was the first day for the new revision "Consumer Law" to implement officially in Match 15th, which was about "the new Consumer Law, new interests, new responsibilities". The City Consumer Protection Committee and other 39 large-scale units launched a large-scale activity about protecting consumers' rights and interests in Zhongshan square. Many people went there, for example, an old man, who came with white wine, would like to know whether it was fake or not; A lady, who held a single subscription of the bank financial products, wanted to know whether or not she can get bank earnings; and some other people came to seek help with appliances invoices ......Yesterday morning, the relevant units received a total of more than 11,600 consumers, accepting related consulting about 920, of which 122 complaints involving the starting and 32 from the scene.

People complained more in such areas: public services, communications, finance, medicine, measuring and testing, real estate and tourism which reflected about pipeline gas accounts, stainless steel hose installation Senior User secondary water supply and rural water reform issues.

In the counties (cities), on-site consulting and promotional activities were held simultaneously. Jiangdong District Market Supervision Bureau and the District Council office broadcast "consumer protection rights face to face" through the network attracted more than 5.2 thousand net onlookers. A promotional activity was held by Kandun industrial and commercial center of Cixi in local farmer's market square. The site received a report that operators sold fake toiletries in the area, and Industry and commerce departments rushed to the scene and found the shelves stocked with "The new barbarians ting", "Golden King (King prominent use of the word)", "drift soft", "instruct fly wire" and "Pong brand" products, which were fake commodities. A number of alleged trademark infringement toiletries were seized in the scene.
