RT Two Way Street initiative all set for Ballymote, Co. Sligo RT is adding final touches to RT Two Way Street, the new pilot initiative created by the RT Audience Council which is inviting people living in and around Ballymote, Co. Sligo to join us from 1pm next Wednesday 25th May for a half-day of music, events, discussions, entertainment and debate. The initiative has been developed to further connect RT with communities and hear what they have to say.

Listen Here to Me Now: Ballymote Library, Teeling Street (1pm & 3.30pm)
RT Radio 1's award-winning Documentary on One team takes you to the heart of the listening experience. Immerse yourself in the world of radio sound and get a behind the scenes look at how documentaries are made.
Take to the Stage: The Art Deco Theatre (2pm & 3pm)
Take part in a master-class in writing for the small screen with Sam Atwell, a leading scriptwriter from RT One's Fair City.
A Digital World: Corran College (12noon - 4pm)
RT gets set to host an innovative and creative workshop for secondary schools to experience new digital possibilities.
Talk of the Town: The Coach House Hotel, Grattan Street (4pm & 7pm, over18's)
We want to know what you think. Join us for a natter, some light refreshments and interesting round-table discussions about the issues you care about. Sessions are for 18s and over. Following this event, join us for live music in the Coach House Hotel. Everyone welcome!
RT jr's Twig n: Scoil Mhuire gan Sm l Primary School (12 noon & 2pm)
The Twig n gang put on some very special live shows for the smaller people in your life.
Your Community, Your Voice: Family Resource Centre, Keash Road (3pm)
RT 's Blathnaid N Chofaigh, Nuala Carey and Marty Morrissey discuss a range of issues, from women in media to rural affairs.
RT 2fm Roadcaster (from 1pm)
2fm will be pumping out the tunes live from the RT 2fm Roadcaster with Eoghan McDermott broadcasting live from 4pm -7pm. You can't miss it, so come on down for the craic.
