Beltelecom informs on changes in conditions of certain communications services provision 20.11.2015

From December 1, 2015 RUE Beltelecom changes the conditions of certain communications services provisioning for individuals and legal entities.

All terms and conditions of promotions remain unchanged.

Beltelecom pays attention to the development of telecommunications technologies that is why modern technological solutions are constantly implemented, management and network monitoring systems are updated, modern equipment is purchased, and required software is developed. Taking into account market requirements new services of high priority are created, and particular attention is paid to a high quality of their provision.

Having determined the implementation of the innovative technologies, improving business-processes and quality of customer satisfaction as a priority, the company RUE Beltelecom has intentions to continue the implementation of the flexible tariff policy on the telecommunications services market of the Republic of Belarus.

To improve quality, increase the provision of the services with account of growing share of heavy content , RUE Beltelecom takes measures to build gPON networks, enabling subscribers to connect to the Internet at the speed reaching 100 Mbps. In 2016 the tariff policy will be aimed at strengthening subscribers' migration from low-speed to high-speed tariff plans with the usage of PON-technologies. This year 1, 2, 3 Mbps tariff plans on cooper lines were transferred to the archive and a new tariff plan with the access speed of 3Mbps was introduced.

Taking into account the world practice of Internet access speed provided on the communications services market, modernization of the Record tariff plans line, provided using PON-technologies, is to be carried out: limitation of the current line and provision of the services based on the speeds 10, 25, 50 and 100 Mbps with decrease (up to 60%) in the cost of 1 Mbps. Our aim is to provide our customers with available and favorable usage of communications services says Tatyana Danshina, Deputy Director General for Economic Issues of RUE Beltelecom.

The changes will not affect the cost of services such as international telephone calls, telegraphy communications, hosting, enquiry services, terrestrial digital television broadcasting, SMARTZALA internet-television, IPTVZALA and other services.
