Sky Germany streamlines remote production of their sports programs with RCS UpperCut La ltima versi n de UpperCut que se estrena ahora a ade la integraci n con Vizrt Media Sequencer.
De cara al Mundial de F rmula 1 Sky Alemania ha actualizado su flujo de trabajo de producci n remota con una nueva versi n de Reality Check Systems (RCS). Su soluci n UpperCut estar presente por tercer a o consecutivo como base para la producci n de la F1 por parte de Sky.
The latest version of UpperCut that opens now adds integration with Vizrt Media Sequencer, permitiendo que el equipo de Sky Alemania pueda cargar gr ficos a medida directamente a un ordenador port til para un acceso instant neo y control de emisi n desde la interfaz de usuario de UpperCut. Con un tama o peque o, el sistema se adapta perfectamente a las unidades m viles de Sky en Alemania, y facilitar la producci n de los previos y la cobertura posterior durante 21 carreras del Mundial de F rmula 1.
La soluci n UpperCut integrada en Sky Alemania tiene capacidad para diez fuentes de v deo e incluye el software propietario de RCS, un doble canal para Tr o Engine y Vizrt Viz, un mezclador para visionado, un ordenador port til y una pantalla t ctil. La tecnolog a de RCS permite minimizar la cantidad de hardware y mano de obra t picamente requerido para ejecutar producciones similares. La intuitiva interfaz de usuario del sistema permite que los dise os precargados y plantillas se asignen autom ticamente a una playlist, dando al operador del sistema la libertad de seleccionar y cambiar entre varios canales de v deo y gr ficos en tiempo real.
Alessandro Reitano, director de producciones deportivas en Sky Alemania, asegura que UpperCut se adapta a nuestras necesidades de producci n remota a la perfecci n. Es la soluci n m s conveniente en el mercado ya que nos permite ofrecer transmisiones de F1 de gama alta a una fracci n del costo y de equipo t cnico en comparaci n con otras producciones similares. La nueva actualizaci n ofrece una incre ble versatilidad ya que podemos subir f cilmente cualquiera de nuestros otros paquetes gr ficos desde un simple port til, conectarlo en el sistema, y estarlistos para trabajar .
Mike Ward, director general de RCS para EMEA , subraya que los recientes avances tecnol gicos est n revolucionando la forma en que la industria se acerca a la producci n en directo, por lo que es m s f cil de hacer m s con menos.
