Cinedigm Signs Distribution Agreement with Hannover Houses Medallion Releasing The deal will supplement Cinedigms already robust distribution pipeline

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM) announced today they have entered into a multi-year distribution relationship with Medallion Releasing, Hannover Houses releasing arm. The deal is effective immediately.

Cinedigm will be handling the DVD and Blu-ray releases of Medallion Releasing for most of the mass merchant and big box retailers including Walmart, Kmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy and Sams Club. Additionally, as part of the relationship, Cinedigm will assist with production solicitation, in-store merchandising strategies, and consumer marketing related to store placement support.

The deal will provide Cinedigm with a pipeline of high quality, marketable films, television series and specials including Dark Awakening, Brutal Colors, Salvation and Union Bound. Additionally, Cinedigm will handle the North American home video rights to ten higher budgeted theatrical releases from Medallion that are being presented this week at the Cannes
