Telekom's website renewed

Interested visitors have been able to come across Telekom's renewed website ( www.telekom.hu ) since May 20.
Telekom's portal currently contains about 5000 sites and the monthly average number of visits is 3.5 million.
Thanks to the changes its sites have become more transparent and administration and purchases are also becoming simpler on the interface.
The Telekom account Telekom implemented in the summer of 2015 with over 600 thousand subscriptions being managed here by today by customers will also renew.
Telekom offers innovative solutions to customers who use the Telekom application on their mobile on a daily basis. A proof of the popularity of the application is that over a million customers use it as a help in the administration of their business.
Telekom's portal currently contains about 5000 sites and the monthly average number of visits is 3.5 million. The design of its new structure was preceded by a detailed research and testing process in the course of which around 4 million visits to the portal, 50 thousand searches and 30 thousand customer feedbacks were analysed in Telekom's website. The research intended to find an answer to how customers were using Telekom's website, for example, the kind of path they had been following in obtaining information or how they would prefer to administer their business on the online interface. In addition the company's experts also studied international industry examples. They tested the menu concepts designed on the basis of feedback with 1000 customers for 500 hours before giving the website its final structure.
Zolt n Pereszl nyi, Magyar Telekom's Customer and Channel Relations Management Director said in regards the changes: The proliferation of the increasingly innovative technologies is changing our customer's needs and habits related to obtaining information and administration. We have set e-transformation to be our strategic goal to ensure, through new systems and new processes, our ability to serve our customers at a high level, quickly and efficiently even along their new requirements. I think that we have once again accomplished a great move ahead in this direction through the renewal of our website, the Telekom account and Telekom application .
Visitors can meet the following innovations on the renewed website:
Drastically streamlined menu structure and easier navigation: the number of main menu items and subsequent menu items has been considerably reduced. After the renewal residential customers find everything at a single place, whether it is some mobile or home offer or device. Small and medium businesses find the information for them at the zleti (Business) menu item. Those interested in the company, visit the R lunk ( About us) menu item for information.
The most looked for functions in one place: The functions customers use the most frequently (e.g. payment of bills, Webmail, Domino top up) appear in the form of icons at one place, on the opening site of the Residential, Business and About Us menu items.
Log-in at one place: Customers will be able to log in from now on at one place, on the Bel p s (Entry) site to the self-service customer service.
Unified basket management, shopping made simpler: From now on mobile and home shopping made online get into one and the same basket and there is no need to select baskets. In addition mobile phone product sites have also been renewed in the online shop. By adjusting the slider the device or the price of the tariff package can be selected, in addition service prices are also displayed more transparently.
Mobile customers can benefit even more from the online customer service: mobile customers can retrieve their actual balance by just one click and obtain a detailed view of the items it is composed of. The amount of data available can be viewed in a renewed form, optimized for mobile devices, as well as the services and functions that can be customized from the site overview, furthermore the call details site, where customers can retrieve and settle their list of calls. The renewed roaming information site provides customers easy access even from abroad and they can turn on their own roaming options without assistance.
Sites optimized to mobile: Further hundreds of sites have become responsive, i.e. adaptive to the device they are viewed on. Optimization will continue subsequently and by the end of the year the greater part of Telekom's web site will enable easy management by mobile, tablet and PC as well.
Help for the blind and partially sighted: Hundreds of sites can be easily used by text-to-speech software as well already now at the Telekom portal and, by the end of the year, the number of sites that can be managed in this way will increase considerably.
