IHSE USA today announced it will showcase its KVM extender and switch solutions, perfect for esports capabilities, and designed to deliver flexibility, connectivity, and high performance in booth 45a at SET Expo 2024 in S o Paulo. Solutions include IHSE's Draco line of KVM matrix switch systems and kvm-tec's line of KVM over IP solutions. IHSE will be hosted by its Channel Partner, LineUp, where visitors can learn more about their wide array of KVM product offerings.
Esports technology involves collecting and processing big amounts of data and displaying it in a realistic environment without loss of video and delay in mouse movements, said Dan Holland, marketing manager at IHSE USA. Latency and packet loss are the biggest concerns when it comes to ensuring fair competition, so it is vital that integrators involved in setting up broadcast events for esports provide stable and low-latency environments no matter if the computer systems are connected remotely or directly to offline computers at the venue. IHSE offers a full range of KVM extenders and switch products supporting these higher frame rates, which will be showcased at this year's SET Expo.
Draco vario Ultra HDMI 2.0 Extenders for incredible, picture-perfect transmission
IHSE brings TRUE KVM workstation management solutions with the latest HDMI 2.0 extenders for 4K video and USB keyboard and mouse extension over fiber or Cat-X connections. Based on the highly efficient Fraunhofer IIS Lici codec, the new Draco vario Ultra HDMI 2.0 extenders enable picture-perfect transmission of video sources with resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 hertz and full color depth (10-bit, 4:4:4).
Draco vario Ultra HDMI now supports up to 240Hz refresh rates for gaming applications
The Draco ultra DP, a DisplayPort KVM extender, supports high frame rates up to 1080p240. The device constitutes a new generation of digital KVM signal extension using the innovative Lightweight Image (Lici) codec, developed in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits. This revolutionary coding technology ensures brilliant image quality at the highest video resolutions with outstanding color accuracy (deep color-ready). The extender solution supports resolutions in 32:9 at 144 hertz or 16:9 at 240Hz up to 5km.
IHSE continues to bring unprecedented value for high-resolution KVM switching with the award-winning Draco tera FLEX
IHSE USA introduces the Draco tera FLEX series of secure KVM matrix systems. From the basic 16 port in 1RU to the larger 160 port in 4RU, FLEX provides huge time savings for system installers who normally have to pre-configure network ports as inputs or outputs. No matter the connectivity requirements, the FLEX can accommodate any need. Systems are available with either copper or fiber connections. For systems needing a mixture of fiber and copper, FLEX-HYBRID frames are offered.
Simultaneously monitor and control four completely independent computer sources on a single display with IHSE's Draco MV42 multiviewer
The Draco Multiview 4K60 is a 4-port video processor that combines a high-performance 4K60 multi-image video processor with an integrated keyboard/mouse for local control. Four models are offered, supporting either a single-head 4K DisplayPort or HDMI, or dual-head 4K DisplayPort or HDMI. The units can display and control up to four computer screens at a time on a single 4Kp60 monitor.
Get full 4K KVM over IP with kvm-tec's Media4Kconnect for DisplayPort
kvm-tec's Media4Kconnect for DisplayPort is an ultra-slim 4K Displayport 1.2 Extender over IP, which is the base of a modular 4K system. It supports a resolution of 4096x2160 @60Hz in fiber for distances up to 300m/984ft to120km/74mi, for matrix switching systems up to 2000 endpoints. Redundant and uncompressed versions of Media4Kconnect are also available.
Get a full-featured 4K multiviewer in kvm-tec's Scalable extender module
Also on display will be kvm-tec s Scalable Pro Line, which supports networked 4K multiviewer capabilities over a 10G network switch. It uniquely features the ability to control and manage up to 16 computer sources on a single display via a single keyboard and mouse. By simply moving the mouse inside the gridded cell and clicking, the operator has full control of the source. In addition, up to four Scalable receivers can be network-bonded to allow up to 64 sources across the four displays.
With the new kvm-tec Scalable Multiview Commander, up to 16 sources in full HD or 4K can be combined and displayed on a single 4K monitor and controlled via one mouse and keyboard. Compatible with standard 10G network switches and capable of supporting up to 2,000 endpoints, users can select any 16 sources and manage them directly via OSD menu shortcuts or directly through kvm-tec's switching manager software.
