Helsinki, May 20, 2026 - Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG and the Ukrainian limited liability company Research and Manufacturing Co. INFOZAHYST have today signed a Memorandum of Partnership that will combine the German firm's cutting edge electromagnetic warfare (EW) technology with INFOZAHYST's combat experience and market knowledge to promote a new line of defense products on the international stage.
The agreement sets out a collaborative framework for the joint promotion, adaptation and marketing of three advanced systems, high power jamming, Counter UAV, and a multifunctional mobile EW platform.
The synergy between INFOZAHYST's operational expertise and our world class and combat-proven EW solutions creates a powerful combination that meets the rapidly evolving needs of modern forces, said Dr. Thomas Bohne, Vice President of SIGINT/EW at Rohde & Schwarz.
