RED Digital Cinema to Showcase EPIC DRAGON at CCW05

RED Digital Cinema will be represented at Content & Communications World in New York on November 11-12, 2015, at the Snell Advanced Media booth, #903. The 6K RED EPIC DRAGON camera and the REDCAST Module will be featured in the booth's acquisition area as part of a complete broadcast workflow.

Featuring an unrivaled combination of 6K resolution, high frame rates and image quality, the EPIC DRAGON is RED's best-selling camera to-date. Its 16+ stops of dynamic range allow cinematographers and photographers the ability to handle challenging lighting conditions and capture remarkable images. The REDCAST Module presents a unique solution in today's studio and broadcast environments. Whether producing a live broadcast event or streaming live 4K images, the REDCAST Module allows users to broadcast in 4K and/or HD simultaneously while also recording 6K masters. Compatible with EPIC DRAGON and SCARLET DRAGON , the REDCAST Module is capable of producing real-time 4K UHD signals, color mapping via 3D LUT support to four independent HD 1080p signals and features RED's live HDR output solution, HDR-2084.
