One-Hour Discussion Features Basketball Wives Sharing Inside Look Into Lives of NBA Families
NBA TV will premiere Open Court: Families on Saturday, May 12, at 9 p.m. ET, offering viewers a unique glimpse into the lives of the families of NBA players Magic Johnson, Chris Paul, Shannon Brown and Chris Bosh - told from their wives' perspectives. During this intimate discussion, Cookie Johnson, Jada Paul, Monica Brown and Adrienne Bosh share the many dynamics of their roles as wives, mothers, entrepreneurs and philanthropists.
Premiering over Mother's Day weekend, the one-hour installment - hosted by NBA TV's Kristen Ledlow - focuses on topics ranging from how Cookie Johnson and Adrienne Bosh helped their husbands cope with health matters; how Monica Brown manages her career as a Grammy Award-winning R&B artist alongside her role as a wife and mother; to Jada Paul's candid discussion about temporarily putting her career aspirations aside to raise her young family and establish a support system for her husband's career.

NBA TV Programming Note: What If?
Following the premiere of Open Court: Families, NBA TV will air its first What If? special at 10 p.m. ET. The two-part series examines how the course of NBA history could have been altered by a series of hypothetical storylines including - what would have happened to the San Antonio Spurs if they'd moved on from Gregg Popovich early in his tenure as head coach; Robert Horry's game-winning shot in Game 4 of the 2002 Western Conference Finals and what would have changed for the Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings if he hadn't made it; what if Horry didn't hip check Phoenix's Steve Nash in the 2007 Western Conference Finals; and how the Orlando Magic and Golden State Warriors would've fared if the blockbuster Chris Webber-Penny Hardaway Draft day trade in 1993 never occurred.
