Hasselt, Belgi en Sint-Niklaas, Belgi - 16 juli 2019 - Eurofins Digital Testing Belgi NV, gespecialiseerd in end-to-end kwaliteitsgarantie en cybersecurity, werd door Niko, een Belgisch familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de productie van elektrisch installatiemateriaal en huisautomatisering, geselecteerd om geautomatiseerde kwaliteitsborging & interoperabiliteit te testen van Niko's Home Control systeem.
Niko zal gebruikmaken van testwizard, het test automatisatie framework van Eurofins, als totaaloplossing voor end-to-end testing van het Niko Home Control systeem. Niko Home Control is een domoticasysteem voor het huis dat kan worden beheerd vanaf een touchscreen of op afstand via een smartphone of tablet. Het systeem biedt consumenten een uitgebreid scala aan functies om hun comfort-, veiligheids- en huiskosten te beheren.

Testwizard is een uitgebreid platform voor end-to-end test automatisering. De unieke architectuur vergemakkelijkt complexe testscenario's waardoor het testen van digitale apparaten makkelijk te automatiseren is, bijvoorbeeld IoT-apparaten en -toepassingen van Niko.
Niko maakt gebruik van testwizard om meerdere applicaties op een effici nte manier parallel te testen. Met behulp van testwizard wordt de snelheid waarmee testen worden uitgevoerd aanzienlijk verhoogd, stijgt het kwaliteitsniveau en wordt de kans op fouten drastisch verminderd.
