Schaeffler ruft neue Veranstaltungsreihe ins Leben
Mit Open Inspiration den Blick ber den Tellerrand erweitern
Innovation ist ein zentraler Grundpfeiler von Schaeffler, um profitables Wachstum mit Weitsicht zu erm glichen sowie ein fester Bestandteil der Schaeffler-DNA. Querdenken ist schon seit der Firmengr ndung einer der wichtigsten Erfolgsfaktoren und erfordert nicht nur hohe technologische Kompetenzen, sondern auch Wis-sen ber m gliche neue Anwendungsfelder und M rkte. In einer immer komplexer werdenden Welt ist somit beides gefordert: ein starkes Netzwerk an Partnern aus Industrie und Forschung und ein lebendiger Austausch ber Organisationsgrenzen hinweg.
Open Inspiration ist bei Schaeffler in Herzogenaurach das neue Veranstaltungsformat daf r. Dabei pr sentieren externe Unternehmen, Forschungseinrichtungen und Hochschulen ihre neuesten Entwicklungen und Forschungsaktivit ten. Auf diese Weise soll ein aktiver Austausch mit den Schaeffler-Mitarbeitern erm glicht werden. Mit den meisten vertretenen Unternehmen und Institutionen besteht bereits eine enge Zusammenarbeit.
Ich bin beeindruckt, wie intensiv der Kontakt zwischen Schaeffler und externen Partnern ist. Das verdeutlicht den hohen Stellenwert unserer Innovationskultur , sagte Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Gutzmer, Stellvertretender Vorsitzender des Vorstands und Vorstand Technologie.
Die Schaeffler-Mitarbeiter tauschten sich mit den Ausstellern zu den f nf Themenfeldern Mobilit t, Digitalisierung, Produktions- und Prozesstechnik, Energie und Umwelt sowie Neue Materialien und Leichtbau, welche auch die Fokusfelder unseres Strategiekonzepts Mobilit t f r morgen unterst tzen, aus. Dabei wurden sowohl Schaeffler-nahe als auch Schaeffler-ferne Entwicklungen pr sentiert. Wir haben das neue Format Open Inspiration entwickelt, um zus tzliche externe Impulse ins Unternehmen zu bringen. Die Veranstaltung steht im Zeichen des Austauschs von Herausforderungen und Ideen, der gegenseitigen Inspiration und des gemeinsamen Blicks ber den Tellerrand , sagte Dr. Heinrich Sch perk tter, Leiter Innovationsstrategie.
Im Vorfeld wurden die Schaeffler-Mitarbeiter aufgefordert, Vorschl ge f r m gliche Aussteller zu nennen. Pr sentiert haben sich ber 50 Unternehmen, Forschungseinrichtungen und Hochschulen mit ihren innovativen Ideen.
Das neue Veranstaltungsformat kam bei den Mitarbeitern sehr gut an: Mir hat die Vielf ltigkeit der Aussteller sehr gut gefallen. Dadurch, dass so viele verschiedene Anwendungsfelder pr sentiert wurden, konnte man auch Neues kennenlernen.
