Amazon.com Offering its Best Deals of the Year in Celebration of Cyber Monday Extends holiday savings to eight more days of new deals every five minutes
SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 24, 2015-- (NASDAQ:AMZN)-Amazon.com today announced it will extend its holiday savings for an additional eight straight days of new deals added as often as every five minutes at www.amazon.com/cybermonday. In celebration of one of its busiest days of the year, Amazon will offer thousands of Lightning Deals starting on Saturday, November 28, and 10 coveted Deals of the Day on Cyber Monday.
Historically, Cyber Monday is the busiest day of the year for Amazon. Last year on Cyber Monday, Amazon customers ordered more than 43 million items worldwide, which is a record-breaking 500 items per second.
