
At Spotify, our live experiences are curated cultural moments that get people talking. Earlier this year in Chicago, we proved this to be true when we partnered with Samsung Galaxy to bring our Fresh Finds program to life with a two-day affair featuring artists deeply connected to the city. This week, it was time to take that same magic to New York City.
On September 12, more than 500 music fans came together in Brooklyn to enjoy immersive activations and performances, this time by Fresh Finds artists with connections to the Big Apple: Remy Bond, LAUNDRY DAY, and This Is Lorelei, with Veronika Slowikowska as the evening's host.

Spotify and Fresh Finds have been a great way for us to reach fans who are looking for the next big thing, said LAUNDRY DAY. Being a part of their Live Events experiences lets us connect with fans in person and reach new audiences, which is exactly what we're looking for.
Added Remy Bond, I was so excited to play my very first hometown show at Spotify's latest Fresh Finds Live Event. It was incredible to see everyone there and I'm thankful to Spotify for all the support.
The event was infused with the spirit of New York City. Upon arrival, guests received a pass and swiped through turnstiles at the FR3SH subway station entrance, a nod to the city's most iconic mode of transportation. Additional passes were hidden throughout the venue, which fans could collect to redeem customizable merch at vending machine-like stations.
Inside, fans were met with train cars decked out in special subway signage dedicated to each performer. Photographers and videographers used Samsung Galaxy Z devices and their unique features to capture fun, shareable content as guests explored the spaces.
In one corner of the venue, a secret door revealed an immersive arcade speakeasy where fans could test out the power of noise cancellation with Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro or play their favorite video games on the Galaxy Z Fold6.
With this latest Live Event, we helped Samsung amplify its Life opens up with Galaxy' campaign by bringing to life Samsung's commitment to openness in experiences and possibilities, said Ann Piper, Head of North America Sales at Spotify. We're thrilled to see how Samsung continues to build IRL bonds with fans and the creators they love in an authentic and impactful way.
After years of hosting our own world-class events, Spotify launched our Live Experiences offering for advertisers earlier this year. Now, brands like Samsung can leverage our packaged offerings to tap into cultural relevance, engage with their audiences in real life, and build fresh fandoms.
To me, the most impactful marketing is founded in working with partners that share similar visions and goals in the marketplace, said Jaclyn Wyatt, Head of Digital Marketing & Social Media, Mobile Experience, Samsung Electronics America. Samsung's mantra that Life opens up with Galaxy' is in lockstep with the purpose of Spotify's Fresh Finds-dedication to discovering new possibilities. Our hypothesis is that Spotify listeners seeking emerging artists are also open to exploring new experiences in their technology. Fresh Finds listeners don't run with the pack, and our campaign celebrates their passion for the unexpected through the Galaxy ecosystem and Galaxy AI.
