The region's leading systems integrator, Media Group International (MGI) has been named Digital Studio's System Integrator of the Year' following a remarkable year of prosperous new partnerships, projects and developments.

2013 saw MGI become the first systems integrator in the Middle East to qualify for the British Standards Institutes esteemed ISO 9001:2008 certification, enabling them to further guarantee customers quality assured services and products.
MGI has forged partnerships with highly innovative manufacturers, ensuring that its customers have access to the very best hardware and software solutions on the market today.

Formerly known as Salam Media Cast, MGI underwent a significant period of investment and rebranding, culminating in the recent opening of a new sales suite in Dubai Media City.
The addition of high quality employees from around the world has enhanced the extensive knowledge, technical expertise and deep understanding of the broadcast industry at MGI, which was demonstrated in the scale of challenging projects completed in 2013.
Adding to their achievement, MGI's installation of an award-winning news facility for MBC in Cairo won Highly Commended' honours at the ceremony which celebrated the 10th Digital Studio Awards during last week's CABSAT 2014.
Other recent projects of note have included creating five HD-ready Master Control Rooms for Al Kass, and upgrading Clouds FM's radio facilities in Tanzania.
