SET Expo 2019: TVU Networks to Bring Powerful Line-Up of Live IP Video Solutions Into the Spotlight

Company to present significant upgrades to its most popular products, as well as new solutions including its latest 4K transmitter MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - August 26, 2019 - TVU Networks, the global technology and industry leader in IP-based live video technology, will be demonstrating a wide variety of story-centric workflow broadcast solutions at SET Expo 2019, taking place in S o Paulo, Brazil from the 26th to 29th of August. TVU will be featured at the exhibition stands of its official partners CIS Group (Booth #81), De Nadai (Booth #147) and Line Up (Booth #112). TVU sales and solutions staff members will be on-site to demonstrate and answer questions about the entire family of TVU products and services during the expo.

At the center of the company's demonstrations stands the brand-new TVU One 4K, the first live video cellular Pack solution capable of true 4K60P 10-bit HDR transmission that's also 5G ready. Using patented IS+ technology, TVU One 4K can transmit reliably at 3Mbps at 0.5 second latency in a cellular environment. The TVU One 4K and standard TVU One are both powered by a new H.265 hardware encoding chip, taking the award-winning device's performance to the next level.

TVU One 4K, along with TVU Remote Production System (RPS), the at-home/REMI synchronized multi-camera live video production solution, will be on display at the CIS Group booth. The TVU MediaMind platform, an integrated and automated AI workflow solution for cloud-based acquisition, indexing, production and distribution, will also be a crucial element of TVU Networks' exhibition at the CIS booth. In addition, broadcasters looking for mobile journalism solutions can learn about the advantages of using the TVU Anywhere app for capturing video from any location with their mobile device and transmitting it to the Cloud-based TVU Producer for easy, cost-effective professional video production.

De Nadai's stand will feature an in-depth look into TVU RPS, mounting the unit into an OB truck and connecting directly to a remote De Nadai studio location to showcase the solution at work in real time. This true-to-life setup and environment will allow visitors to better understand the benefits and advantages of remote production as they are applied to everyday broadcast operations.

SET Expo attendees can also expect to see a demonstration of TVU MediaMind at Line Up's booth alongside a TVU One transmitter capable of HEVC encoding.
