UTECA foresees a good year for DTT Los tres nuevos canales en alta definici n que se pondr n en marcha pueden suponer que 2016 se convierta en el a o del despegue definitivo de la alta definici n en Espa a.
La incorporaci n de seis nuevos canales TDT en las pr ximas semanas con un importante impulso de la alta definici n en abierto, as como las previsiones de los expertos respecto a la inversi n publicitaria hacen augurar un 2016 positivo para las televisiones privadas en abierto.
A juicio de la Uni n de Televisiones Comerciales en abierto (UTECA), la adjudicaci n de seis nuevas licencias que se hizo oficial en octubre de 2015, convertir a 2016 en el a o en que la oferta de televisi n en abierto vuelva a crecer.
Gracias a esta adjudicaci n, a lo largo de los pr ximos meses se pondr n en marcha nuevos canales que supondr n para los espectadores una mayor oferta televisiva y nuevas opciones de programaci n totalmente gratuita en sus pantallas. El panorama audiovisual de 2016 se presenta m s competido que nunca, con ocho grupos audiovisuales privados y los operadores p blicos pugnando por la audiencia en abierto , afirman desde UTECA.
A su juicio, la incorporaci n de la nueva oferta se presenta como un est mulo para la inversi n y el crecimiento del conjunto de industrias vinculadas a la televisi n. Anunciantes, operadores, productoras, servicios de difusi n, fabricantes de equipos y otros agentes sentir n el efecto virtuoso de este incremento de nuevos contenidos y formatos.
Por otra parte, los tres nuevos canales en alta definici n que se pondr n en marcha pueden suponer que 2016 se convierta en el a o del despegue definitivo de la HD en Espa a. Las estimaciones sit an el n mero de receptores HD, capaces de recibir se ales de alta definici n en m s del 40% del parque total. Pero este a o, a la demanda natural, se sumar el est mulo de una mayor oferta, as como la celebraci n de dos grandes eventos deportivos (Juegos Ol mpicos y Eurocopa), tradicionalmente detonantes de la renovaci n de equipos.
En cuanto al mercado publicitario, UTECA prev que la publicidad en 2016 siga creciendo alcanzando cifras especialmente positivas para los medios convencionales, entre ellos la TDT que, se estima crezca en 2016 en torno al 5%, situ ndose como el medio que captar m s inversi n este a o. De hecho, de cumplirse las previsiones, la cifra de negocio de la televisi n en abierto en 2016 superar ampliamente los 2.000 millones de euros.
Estas cifras vienen avaladas por dos recientes informes presentados por diferentes empresas y consultoras del sector. As , tanto el Informe i2p como el estudio Zenthinela se muestran optimistas respecto al crecimiento publicitario a lo largo de 2016. Y asimismo, InfoAdex ha confirmado que en 2015 la tasa de crecimiento de los medios convencionales ha sido del 7,5%, siendo la televisi n el primer medio por volumen de negocio con una participaci n del 40,1% del conjunto de medios convencionales alcanzando los 2.011 millones de euros.
Para UTECA estos estudios contemplan la incorporaci n de los nuevos canales de TDT, que propiciar n una mayor y mejor segmentaci n de audiencias, en beneficio de p blico y anunciantes, y confirman que se mantendr la actual din mica natural del ecosistema televisivo, que rechaza estructuras altamente fragmentadas, como demuestra el hecho de que en Espa a, Francia, Reino Unido, Italia y Alemania los dos mayores operadores privados de TV superen el 70% de cuota de mercado publicitario .
