FreeSpeak II Surpasses Expectations During Production of German Television Show The Taste posted: 03/12/2016
Audio-Technica, Clear-Com 's official live event partner in Germany, delivers solutions for every market segment from consumer to live events to broadcast equipment for major television productions including the popular show The Taste. During its new season, culinary artists and amateur chefs alike demonstrate their talents while being coached by four Michelin Star celebrity chefs.
The contestants won't be the only ones breaking a sweat during production; it is quite a tumultuous affair behind the scenes as well. The studio consists of a stage for the jury, around which viewers see four kitchen islands arranged in a circle: one for each cooking team. What is not seen are comprehensive camera teams who must capture all of the action in and around the steaming pots, smoking stoves, and frying pans. The studio crew consists of one floor manager and three camera operators per cooking team.

Hain, Sound Engineer, was amazed by the noise cancellation and easy handling of the intercom - so much so that he said the system even surpassed our strict requirements.
TV-SKYLINE obtained the intercom system from Wilhelm & Willhalm, which purchased the system from Audio-Technica. Wilhelm & Willhalm is a full-range event technology rental provider based in Munich, catering to customers worldwide The company notes they have already received positive feedback on Clear-Com, noting that FreeSpeak II has generated growing demand and acceptance from users.
