VSN s Media Management features find great succe at BIT 06

The leading company in Media Management systems for the Broadcast and Media & Entertainment has met a great success at the Spanish trade show BIT Broadcast 2016 (24-26 May), where VSN has presented the new developments carried out for its star solution, VSNEXPLORER, that were launched internationally in Las Vegas in the recent NAB Show. This edition of BIT has seen VSN receive the prestigious Panorama Audiovisual Award to the Company of the Year. VSN brings the latest VSNEXPLORER news to BIT Broadcast 2016

The integration of VSNEXPLORER with Microsoft Azure and its Media Services, that allows for a Cloud collaborative work environment that raises productivity and enables workflows from different locations, has visited Madrid (Spain) to be launched at the BIT Broadcast trade show, dedicated to the latest innovations for the Broadcast and Media & Entertainment.

Also, those visiting the event could see in action the newest fingerprinting feature for VSNEXPLORER, a development that allows for content to be recognized by its audio for its control in broadcasting, giving users a powerful functionality that improves their daily workflows.

Another of the new features that VSN has brought to BIT Broadcast is the integration of VSNEXPLORER with Avid's Media Composer, allowing for the download of a hotlist in a compatible format (a .aaf EDL file that contains all the cuts), making it possible now for ending the hotlist with its effects and adjustments directly from Media Composer.

We are back in yet another edition of BIT Broadcast because it is the perfect event to show the Spanish-speaking markets the innovations that we have been working in during this last year, innovations that simplify and evolve media management as we know it in the Broadcast and Media & Entertainment , declares Roberto Pascual, VSN's EMEA Sales Director. Also, during this edition of BIT Broadcast, the most special night for the Spanish audiovisual sector, the Panorama Audiovisual Awards gala, has seen VSN as the winner of the most important Company of the Year acknowledgement. The second edition of the prestigious awards brought to Madrid more than 500 professionals to gather around the most important acknowledgements of the Broadcast and Media & Entertainment sectors, with a unique musical show and staging.
