Aspen Media Demonstrates Audio-over-IP at BVE

As more and more companies in Live and Broadcast make the move to Audio-over-IP, essential tools designed for the AoIP environment are in demand. Distributor Aspen Media will show a wealth of these products at BVE in February on Stand G30.

Intercom provider DELEC will bring for the first time to the UK, NIO 0204 a highly flexible and adaptive networked-audio monitoring controller and pre-amp that can be connected directly to any Dante equipped system. NIO 0204 provides monitoring to loudspeakers or headphones and microphones for voiceover, continuity or commentary can be connected to its high quality 32-bit mic inputs. DELEC will also show its high-density Oratis Compact intercom featuring the CS 0800 DANTE 1U rack size panel with 8x AES3 subscriber unit ports and AoIP-Dante interface with a capacity of up to 40 intercom panels.

Junger Audio will demonstrate its D*AP8 TAP EDITION 8ch audio processor. TAP provides loudness control and optional logging, dynamic range processing for up to 8 channels of audio, 5.1 downmix and upmix, advanced fail over and voice processing and optional Dolby encoding and decoding with metadata management plus AoIP with the Dante interface installed.

Always of great interest, mixing desks from Salzbrenner Stagetec will be part of the on-stand Dante network.
