RT 2fm will broadcast live from Benetton Window on St. Stephens Green, Grafton Street, Dublin, Thursday 3rd December from 7am 7pm in aid of the ISPCC.

2fm is set to join forces with children's charity ISPCC to raise badly needed funds for Christmas. This year it's the 2fm Xmas Appeal and led by 2fm presenters, including Bernard O' Shea, Jennifer Maguire, Nicky Byrne and Jenny Greene, Tracy Clifford and Eoghan McDermott to name a few.

On Thursday 3rd December, 2fm will broadcast live from the Benetton window on St. Stephens Green at the top of Grafton Street in Dublin from 7am 7pm and some of the biggest names in Irish music and entertainment will be popping by to contribute on the day including Hozier, Jamie Heaslip, Vogue Williams, Hometown, RipTide Movement Angela Scanlon plus many, many more. To support the campaign, listeners can text 2fmBall to 50300 to donate 2.

2fm is calling all its listeners to text 2fmBall to 50300 to donate 2 and to be in with a chance to win the Golden Ticket' which entitles you to 2 tickets to every show in the 3Arena plus 2 tickets to every MCD open air festival and concert for 2016. The competition is currently running and will close live on the Eoghan McDermott Show from the Benetton Window on St. Stephens Green on Thursday 3rd December.

Bernard, Keith and Jen will host Breakfast Republic', Nicky and Jenny will host The Nicky Byrne Show with Jenny Greene', Tracy will host The Tracy Clifford Show' and Eoghan will host The Eoghan McDermott Show' live in the window from 7am - 7pm. The ISPCC is the national child protection and welfare charity in Ireland. Everything it does is focused on keeping children safe, and giving them the support they need to thrive. ISPCC Child and Family support and mentoring services work with 1500 families and children across Ireland, and its 24-hour national listening service Childline responded to 460,000 contacts from children last year. The ISPCC helps children cope with issues that affect them such as; isolation and loneliness, bullying, mental health difficulties, cyber safety, drug and alcohol misuse, trauma, violence and abuse. While some ISPCC services are a partnership with government, more than 80% of our funding comes from the generosity of the Irish public, individual or corporate donations. ISPCC also depends on the commitment of its 600 volunteers who give their time to listen to, and mentor, children across Ireland, and provide an invaluable support to a generation of children who need help.
