NAB 2026: Eluvio Announces Commercial Availability of Content Fabric Bucharest Release

Eluvio has announced the commercial availability of its Content Fabric Bucharest Release and Application Suite, covering live broadcast feed distribution, direct-to-consumer OTT streaming and monetization, and AI video intelligence.

Broadcasters and content owners face urgent challenges: satellite and legacy cloud distribution models are inefficient, costly and outdated, while video AI workflows remain disconnected from distribution and difficult to scale, says Michelle Munson, CEO and Co-Founder, Eluvio. The Bucharest release addresses these issues simultaneously through a unified zero-copy architecture. It replaces legacy economics with an any-to-any distribution model that preserves maximum efficiency at scale, while delivering the performance, reach and monetization capabilities required for premium video. Broadcast Distribution

The Bucharest release introduces a decentralized Content Fabric distribution system that serves B2B broadcast affiliates and D2C consumer endpoints simultaneously from a single ingest workflow with no file copies. Key specifications include sub-500ms global latency, sub-millisecond jitter, and SMPTE 2022-7 decentralized multipath phase-lock synchronization. The system supports JPEG-XS, AVC/HEVC over UDP/RTP/SRT ingest. Cost does not increase with receiver count.

Additional capabilities include multi-layer AES encryption with per-session authorization, multi-DRM for D2C and SRT encryption for B2B, an API-driven Live Stream Manager for operational control across multiple feeds, and a browser-based VIP Command Center for global multiview of live feeds.

Direct-to-Consumer OTT and Monetization

The Bucharest release delivers performance improvements including an 8x increase in live stream cross-variant serving, segment delivery latency reduced to 20-30ms, and instant-on HFR streaming. Format support includes stereoscopic HFR 4K, Dolby Atmos, HDR/HDR10+, and full Widevine parameterization.

Monetization capabilities include SVOD/TVOD entitlements, integrated Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe checkout, and a CableLabs-compliant Title Metadata API. A no-code OTT Experience Builder powered by Creator Studio CMS enables configuration of D2C storefronts and B2B portals.

New for Bucharest is Pocket TV, a white-labeled microsite for live and episodic content sales requiring no login, with single-click Apple Pay and Google Pay. Eluvio says it has been deployed by a Tier 1 U.S. broadcast network in 2026.

AI Video Intelligence

Eluvio AI and the Eluvio Video Intelligence Editor (EVIE) provide inline, frame-accurate, multimodal AI running on live and VOD content at frame and segment level without file copies or transcoding, across open-source, custom, and third-party models.
