Seville in Ultra high definition... More than fifty speakers from 20 countries participating from today and until tomorrow Friday in Seville in the 4 K Summit, an international Summit on 4K technology.

round tables, conferences, technology and shows the best productions in 4K of the international market... At the same time in an open session independent, creative producers, screenwriters and entrepreneurs can attend to present their projects are some of the highlights of this International Congress that combines content and technology 4K UHD.
Joaqu n Dur n, director of the Radio Television of Andalusia (RTVA), has opened this forum welcoming professionals, coming from 20 countries. Duran highlighted the commitment of RTVA by technological innovation.
Ricardo Medina, CEO of Medina Medina, recently presented to the Director of TVE Juan Carlos Gonz lez "Spanish Television is the beginning, present and future of the UHDTV in Spain".
According to Gonzalez, the 4K is "a reality that is so tangible that the industry would already be prepared to implement a workflow at 4K, even in news".
Gonzalez has made a review of some of the experiences that TVE has carried out in 4K collecting images of Barcelona, the Prado Museum and the Rastro de Madrid. One of the last productions that the Corporation has carried out was shot in la Granja de San Idelfonso and UHTV with wide dynamic range (HDR) has been used for the first time. This piece reflects the perspectives of future in HDR, 100 p and Colorimetry with ITU-R BT 2020 color space.

Bonet has highlighted that the HDR is not a technology to apply only to the UHDTV, but makes sense applied to these environments because the relationship of the dynamic range and resolution are in tune. To work in HDR it would be necessary to use between 10 and 12-bit because if we use 8 bit there would be a scaling or bandwidth. 10-12-bit-a lower quantification error occurs, even if it involves an increase in bandwidth, said.
On the roadmap that will follow the UHDTV, we are now on the UHD-1 with a resolution of 3840 2160 can operate in up to 60 p, but does not support large gamut and HDR. On the other hand, in the imminent future, in phase 2, "we will enjoy the explosion of the advantages of the UHDTV with up to 120 fps and 10-12 bits and a maximum rate of 48 gbits/s bit" has secured Bonet.
Content and platforms
In the first round table of this Summit in Seville, Victoria Cabrera in front of Clustera has moderated a debate on production and distribution of content which was attended by Alejandro Vega, director of RTVE.es; Samuel Mart n Mateos, responsible for contents of culture and society in TVE; Luis Sah n, CEO SES Astra in Spain; Rafael Braza, director of analytics and Movistar products; Carlos Rosado, President of Andalusia and Spain Film Commission; and Yolanda Vicente, Content Expert at Samsung.
Mart n Mateos has highlighted that in order to ensure the validity in time and the possibility of exporting and importing audiovisual content will be necessary to adapt already to Ultra high definition.
Fathom has highlighted that the new concept of television must go beyond content to deliver the best user experience. Distributing content at UHD
