
Descend productions, the shooting and the budget per film El presidente de FAPAE, Ram n Colom, pone de manifiesto que al gran momento creativo del cine espa ol no le puede corresponder un momento de bloqueo por parte de la Administraci n.
En el marco del XVII Festival de M laga, Ram n Colom, presidente de FAPAE, Confederaci n que integra a los productores audiovisuales espa oles, ha analizado la situaci n del sector.
El cine de nuestro pa s goza de muy buena salud, pero tenemos un bloqueo por parte de la administraci n. Esta inseguridad jur dica provoca que los productores no se atrevan a iniciar rodajes , ha subrayado Colom en compa a de Manuel G mez Carde a, presidente de AEPAA-APRIA (Asociaci n de Empresas de Producci n Audiovisual y Productores Independientes de Andaluc a).
Colom ha indicado que FAPAE est en un proceso de trabajo con las administraciones (estatal y auton micas) y las cadenas de televisi n (p blica y privadas), entre otras. Somos conscientes de los dificultades que existen y, para muchas de ellas, contamos con soluciones , ha explicado.
Estamos contento por los datos que hacen referencia al sector audiovisual en relaci n con las cuentas p blicas , ha indicado el presidente de FAPAE. Con datos ha explicado que podemos sentirnos orgullosos porque, de cada euro que nos da el Estado, la industria audiovisual le devuelve dos . Pero esto no tiene m rito , ha insistido, hacemos lo que hacen otros sectores industriales como la agricultura, la automoci n, el comercio o el turismo. Es lo mismo que sucede en muchos pa ses de Europa, y tanto que hablamos de la situaci n de Estados Unidos y de que all no se subvenciona nada, hay que explicar que todas las pel culas que este a o han estado nominadas al Oscar como mejor pel cula ten an ayudas p blicas en forma de desgravaciones fiscales, que es lo que estamos pidiendo en Espa a.
No somos unos beneficiados que viven del esfuerzo de la sociedad espa ola, sino que, gracias a la colaboraci n econ mica de la ciudadan a espa ola, podemos aportar m s riqueza a la misma , ha destacado.
Adem s, en su comparecencia en el Festival de M laga, Colom ha subrayado que uno de los grandes problemas con los que se encuentra actualmente la industria audiovisual espa ola es la inseguridad jur dica generada por el incumplimiento de los plazos por parte de la administraci n: en la Comisi n Mixta, en el reconocimiento de coste o en el pago a las ayudas a la amortizaci n de 2012. En este sentido, el presidente de los productores ha pedido al m ximo responsable de estas tareas, el secretario de Estado de Cultura, Jos Mar a Lassalle, que atienda tambi n las cuestiones que tienen que ver con la cinematograf a espa ola, ya que el cine no tiene quien le escriba .
Hay much simo talento en Espa a, el cine goza de una excelente salud: directores, actores, y pel culas son demandadas internacionalmente, pero el problema es la situaci n en la que nos encontramos , ha se alado Ram n Colom.
Bajan los rodajes
Por su parte, Manuel G mez Carde a, presidente de AEPAA-APRIA ha explicado que en 2014 han bajado los rodajes un 18,7% y el n mero de producciones, un 15,1%. Un a o m s, como viene ocurriendo desde 2009, el presupuesto medio de las pel culas espa olas sigue bajando: en 2014 es de 1,5 millones, cuando en 2009 era de 3 millones de euros.
La cuota de mercado por recaudaci n, a 19 de marzo, es del 10,7%, en l nea con la cuota provisional del cine espa ol por estas fechas. Manuel G mez Carde a ha destacado los excelentes datos obtenidos por Ocho apellidos vascos , que ha conseguido ser el mejor estreno espa ol de 2014, con la cuota del 40% de taquilla de todas las pel culas estrenadas, posicion ndose, adem s, el fin de semana de su estreno, entre las 15 pel culas m s vistas en el mundo.
