The TVSA June teasers indicate that Scandal!'s' fan-favourite characters Lindiwe and her husband Nhlamulo are finally going to pay for the killing of Mlungisi Ngema when Omphile gets a calling to be a sangoma and discovers what they've done.

The actor Patrick Mofokeng -who played the role for nearly a decade exited the e.tv soapie to join 1Magic Lingashoni as Mandla Cele in 2021.

SCANDAL!': WILL OMPHILE COME THROUGH FOR MLUNGISI? Scandal!'s favourite couple Lindiwe and Nhlamulo will try to cover up Mlungisi's murder and disappearance from Omphile (Botlhale Boikanyo) when she finds out that she has a calling to become a sangoma.

Viewers of the soapie have been dying for this secret to be uncovered since Lindiwe and Nhlamulo threw her father in the river and his body disappeared.

Fans of the soapie also assume that the actor might return to the show as his body was never found and Lingashoni got cancelled this year.

WILL LINDIWE AND NHLAMULO GET AWAY WITH MURDER? Mlungisi was the second character after Romeo (Hungani Ndlovu) to get thrown in the river and will be the second character to survive, should he return to the soapie.

Viewers are hoping for his return so that Lindiwe (Nomvelo Makhanya) and Nhlamulo (Mathews Rantsoma) can answer for their crimes.

Lindiwe shocked viewers when she left her father's lifeless body in the river and got married the same day as if nothing happened.

Omphile will either turn her sister and brother-in-law to the police when she finds out or keep their secret, which will be an impossible request because sangomas live in truth.

Omphile was devastated when her father disappeared, and never had closure because she never said her goodbyes.

She got attached to Mlungisi as he was her only parent left after her mother passed away.
