Cignal TV, the number 1 Direct-to-Home (DTH) satellite provider will again change the landscape of Philippine home entertainment as it partners with another giant in the entertainment industry Disney XD.

As part of its commitment to bring better viewing experience and quality content to every Filipino household, Cignal will be the first to launch Disney XD in HD in the Philippines. The newest channel will redefine every kid's viewing habit with its action and comedy offerings that primarily cater to 6 to 14 year olds.

Knowing and understanding its market, Cignal TV is constantly reviewing and assessing its channels and programming to best cater to its more than 600,000 subscribers nationwide.

The television plays a big part in our everyday lives, and every member of the family has its own preference in terms of channels and shows. Understanding the needs of our subscribers is very important to us, and this is the reason why Cignal TV is partnering with the giants of the industry to give them the entertainment they deserve. Disney XD will be launched on May 31 and will be available in all postpaid plans starting at Plan 430.

To support the partnership. Cignal TV will hold several activities that exhibit the programs and shows of Disney XD. One of the main activities is a 12-mall nationwide tour to be conducted in June where the first 100 people to subscribe to a Cignal plan, per mall, will automatically receive special Disney XD premium items.

Aside from this, Cignal TV and Disney will be giving away tickets for four to Hong Kong Disneyland inclusive of airfare and hotel accommodation.

Kids should also watch out for the special treat in store for them next month where they can meet and greet their favorite Marvel characters in person.

These are just among the many activities in store for everyone when Disney XD invades Cignal TV.
